The problem
Partners are searched for by hand, and from scratch every time.
A manager spends weeks collecting a list from maps and directories, writes to dozens of companies, half of the addresses are dead, and the replies get lost in the inbox. A lead generation agency charges a lot for a package, and the list with the correspondence stays with them. Half a year later, when you have a new offer, you have to start over.

We describe who you are looking for: partner type, regions, size, language and your terms. Exclusions go here too: competitors and companies you already work with.

Collecting and verifying the database ongoing
Maps, directories, ratings and company websites for every city in the queue. We filter by rating and complaints, check that the website is alive and find a working email.

A personal email 3 touches
It arrives as an email on behalf of the manager, written by a digital employee: the manager's address and signature, details about the recipient company. This is correspondence, not a mass mailing.

Sorting and handover on the day of the reply
AI reads the replies and sorts them into "interest", "question" and refusal. The first two go to your manager with a task and a notification.

Every company is verified
Rating and complaints, a live website, a working email. Closed companies and dead addresses never get into the database.
Emails on behalf of your manager
Three touches from the manager's address and signature. We agree the texts with you and refine them based on how people respond.
Duplicate protection
A company will not receive an email twice, even if it falls into a selection from another city or segment.
Reply sorting
The manager gets only "interest" and "question", with a task and a notification, not an inbox folder to sort through.
Regions and languages
One city, a district or the whole list. The email language is matched to the country: Russian for Russia and the CIS, English for the rest.
Account and reporting
The database, correspondence and replies live in your account at leads.incram.com. On the Growth and Scale plans you get a report once a week.
Return to the database
A new offer, a promotion or a season: you write to the database you already have, without paying for the search again.

On Growth and Scale, setup is free when you pay for three months. Pay per result is also available: you pay only for replies from interested companies, $30 per "interest" or "question" reply. The minimum is $360 per month and includes the first 12 replies.
Dollar amounts are indicative: converted from rubles at the official Bank of Russia rate of 1 USD = 84.90 RUB on 10 October 2026 and recalculated automatically. Contracts and invoices are in Russian rubles.
FAQ
What people ask before signing a contract
How is this different from a purchased database?
A purchased list was not built for you and has already gone stale: it has been written to before. Here the database is built around your partner profile and verified on entry. And most importantly, a purchased database has no conversation in it: you get rows, not replies.
Who owns the database?
You do. Contacts, email history and replies live in your account, and you can export them at any time without us.
Won't the emails end up in spam?
This is correspondence, not a mass mailing: the email goes out from your manager's address, with their signature and details about the recipient company, and volumes are limited by the plan. Duplicates are excluded.
What if nobody replies?
We do not guarantee the result: we provide a flow of verified contacts and replies, and the deal depends on your offer. The pilot exists to test the hypothesis on your own numbers in 30 days.
What stays with you?
The terms of cooperation and the contract: you decide the partner's reward. The dialogue with interested companies and closing deals are also yours.
